		<description>I think in this &quot;Advancement Opportunities&quot; section, you have misused &quot;medical laboratory technician&quot;, instead of &quot;medical laboratory TECHNOLOGIST&quot;.  I know the Dept. of Labor uses this term for lab workers who do the much more advanced testing.  Maybe I&#039;m misunderstanding you.</description>
